I love real estate because you could be showing a designer home one day and walking through a freshly cleared lot the next.  Land is the main reason for real estate.  A client asked me to walk through the lot to see the potential and problems that could arise.    Raw land has a lot of potential in Lexington, SC especially with the tremendous growth in the area.  Vacant lots tend to cost more closer towards Columbia SC and less expensive as you go further.  The factors that affect residential and commercial lots are their use, zoning, proximity to a lake (like Lake Murray), or main roadway or highway to name a few.

Vintners Wood New Phase in Mungo Lexington SC

Max Bike Tour of Vintners Wood

          

Max, the family poodle, was looking sad when I came  home last Saturday afternoon.  All the kids were out doing their thing so the house was empty.  Hitched up the Buddy Rider to my mountain bike and took Max for a neighborhood tour of Vintner's Woods.  Hooked up the 360 cam and away we went!  It was awesome to see the dog view since I only see the back of his head when he rides with me.
