Vintner's Wood is an up and coming neighborhood located on Barr Road in Lexington, SC. This new neighborhood developed by Mungo is 21 minutes (15 miles) west of Columbia SC. Mungo is a respected and established local builder here in Columbia SC. Right off EXIT 51 from Interstate 20. Homes are priced from the low $200K to $300K. I personally like the new floor plans and elevations that Mungo has updated for this neighborhood. The lot sizes range from 10,000 sq ft (1/4 of an acre) to 15,000 sq ft (1/3 of acre). The terrain is varied to level and some inclined. Their inventory of spec homes are always changing. Mungo has had some very special pricing on their spec homes with such price reductions from $12,000 to 19,000. All the schools are within a 10 minute drive from Vintners Woods. The Country Club of Lexington is only minutes away on Barr Road.
